Who We Are

I’m Marc Theron, founder of Marc Theron Property Investments.

I have 20 years’ experience in the Architectural Interior Design sector specialising in the turnkey renovation of private homes, from inception to completion, including 14 years’ experience flipping multiple properties in Central London. 

Over the course of my career, I have also project managed the renovation and fit-out of projects across the hospitality, retail and higher education sectors with budgets ranging between £50k to £2.5m.

In 2024, I expanded my property renovation business into the property investing space and I lead a trusted Power Team of property professionals including, but not limited to:

• Architects
• Accountants
• Tax Advisors
• Solicitors
• Mortgage & Insurance Brokers
• Tradespeople

This Power Team is the back bone to the business that enables me to offer a seamless hands-free property portfolio building service to my investor clients.
