We offer a hands-free property portfolio building service making property investing accessible, simple and transparent. 


We focus on sourcing three core investment strategies backed by 20 years of property renovation experience – bringing serious on-site insight into what adds value and what doesn’t.


Our strategies are:


  • House Flipping
  • Buy Refurbish Refinance Rent (BRRR)
  • Buy-to-Let (BTL)


We handle everything from sourcing and negotiating high-potential properties to overseeing the entire purchase, refurbishment and resale or, in the case of the BRRR strategy, the initial letting process of residential properties in Derby, East Midlands.


We also collaborate with investors through Joint Ventures and we welcome financial backing from Angel Investors who seek secured, high-return opportunities. Angel Investor loans are backed by First Charge agreements with fixed returns above the Bank of England interest rate.


By working with a select number of investors, JV partners and Angel Investors we ensure a personalised, focused approach that aligns with our investors’ financial objectives.
