Career Background

Having come from an interior design background and with extensive experience delivering  high-end residential refurbishments, and multi-site hospitality, retail, commercial fit-outs, often in high-footfall operationally sensitive environments, I’m confident I will add immediate value to your project delivery team.

My career has focused on leading projects from early feasibility and design through to construction, handover and permissions to trade. I’ve delivered new openings and refurbishments across hospitality and retail settings, including live environments such as transport hubs (St. Pancras International and Euston Station), department stores (Selfridges and Harrods) and Higher Education campuses where coordination, safety, programme certainty and stakeholder communication are critical.

I’m comfortable balancing brand standards, operational requirements and commercial discipline to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

I’ve worked closely with acquisition teams, consultants, commercial landlords and contractors to assess site feasibility, identify risks, develop realistic programmes and manage costs from the outset.

On site, I take a hands-on but collaborative approach leading external partners, managing CDM compliance and coordinating out-of-hours works to minimise disruption while maintaining quality and safety.

Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors has been central to achieving consistent results across multiple projects.
