Introduction

I'm Marc Theron, a London-based Senior Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex refurbishment and fit-out projects across Higher Education, Heritage, Hospitality, Retail, Office and Prime Residential sectors.

I lead MEP and joinery heavy Cat A and Cat B schemes through all RIBA stages, from early strategy to completion and handover and have a strong track record managing high value projects within occupied and listed buildings, where careful planning, clear communication and attention to detail are critical.

I act as a trusted senior contact for clients, protecting commercial performance while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and finish.

I am known for calm, measured leadership and a discreet, detail focused approach. I mentor and support Project Managers, coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and trade teams, and ensure the highest levels of safety, governance and client service, particularly within live environments.

My experience includes overseeing procurement strategy, risk management, programme control, full commercial ownership and administration of JCT contracts while building long term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
